In this article, we will learn how to install Tenda software in PTCL Modem. So first of all we need to connect an ethernet wire between the router and the computer or laptop then open the PTCL Modem admin panel using the addresses 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.10.1 and enter username and password. The default User Name is admin and the Password is admin. If the user name and password don’t match then see router backside details find the password and then put it into the login page.
- Click Management
- Click Update Software
- Click Choose file
- Then select firmware
- Click Upload Button

After 2 minutes firmware will successfully install in your modem. After updating the firmware login into 192.168.1.1 username is admin and the password is admin. If the user name and password are not working, factory reset your router using the reset button. The reset button will appear on the back side of your router, Power on your router then press the reset button for 30 seconds.
Before Updating Software
Before updating the software you will confirm that your router is Dlink and Tenda Models. If your routers are not Dlink the Tenda model, don’t apply this firmware.
